TREATMENTS

Piercings in Oldbury and Birmingham

Ear and body piercing done in a clinic rather than a back room, with a sterile process and quality jewellery. More than twenty placements, from a first lobe through to cartilage work that needs a steadier hand.

Placement is the whole job

A piercing that sits a millimetre out of place will look wrong every time you see it, and it can heal badly as well. Ear anatomy differs from person to person, so not every placement suits every ear.

We will tell you if the piercing you have asked for is not going to work on your anatomy, and suggest what will. That is a more useful answer than saying yes to everything.

How your appointment works

01 CHECKS AND PLACEMENT

We check the area, confirm your age and ID where it applies, and mark the placement so you can see it before anything happens. Bring photo identification with you.

02 THE PIERCING

Sterile equipment, quality jewellery, and it is over quickly. Most clients say the anticipation is worse than the moment itself, though how much you feel depends on the site.

03 AFTERCARE

We talk you through cleaning it, what is normal in the first weeks, and what is not. Come back to us if anything worries you rather than taking the jewellery out and hoping.

Healing, honestly

Healing time depends entirely on the site. A lobe settles relatively quickly. Cartilage placements such as a helix, rook or conch take considerably longer, and they are less forgiving if you keep knocking or turning them.

Some tenderness, a little swelling and light crusting are normal early on. Heat, spreading redness, real pain or discharge are not, and you should come back to us rather than wait it out.

Benefits

Ideal candidates

Anyone from a first lobe piercing to someone building out a curated ear. Age rules vary by placement and some are strictly eighteen and over, so bring photo identification and contact us before booking if you are under eighteen. Tell us as well if you are pregnant, take blood thinners, or have a skin condition at the site.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Piercings

It depends on the placement, and some are strictly eighteen and over. Bring photo identification to your appointment, and contact us before booking if you are under eighteen so we can tell you exactly what we can and cannot do.

It depends on the site, and it is over quickly. Most clients tell us the anticipation was worse than the piercing itself. Cartilage tends to be felt more than a lobe.

That depends entirely on where it is. A lobe settles relatively quickly, while cartilage placements such as a helix, rook or conch take considerably longer and need more care in the meantime.

Some tenderness, mild swelling and light crusting are normal early on. Heat, spreading redness, real pain or discharge are not. Come back to us rather than removing the jewellery yourself, and see your GP if you feel unwell.

Yes. We offer jewellery removal, and we would rather you came to us than fought with it at home, particularly on a piercing that is still settling.
